Year after year, we hear parents say, "I wish my child could just continue elementary school at New Life.".....Well, now they can! We are launching a new microschool this coming school year for 1st-3rd graders, and we would love for your child to join us!
At New Life, we believe childhood is sacred and learning should feel like an adventure. Created as a natural extension of New Life Preschool, our microschool is designed for children in grades 1-3 (ages 6-9 by September 30th) who thrive in small, nurturing environments that celebrate creativity, curiosity, and connection.
One size does not fit all. Our microschool blends hands-on math and literacy activities and science experiments with art, music, P.E., chapel and nature-based exploration throughout our nearly 15-acre campus. Through play-based learning, outdoor play, and a curriculum rooted in both faith and discovery, children are encouraged to follow their interests and grow in confidence. With experienced teachers and small class sizes, every child is known, heard, and supported as they grow in their God-given gifts.
Your child will experience learning in a way that is joyful, meaningful, and developmentally appropriate. At New Life, we’re not rushing childhood—we’re embracing it.
Parents are increasingly turning to innovative and independent private school options to ensure their children receive the best education. Rather than focusing on traditional education methods like lectures, homework, and standardized testing, our approach focuses on collaborative, multi-age classrooms where students follow their passions and engage in personalized learning and real-world projects.
If you've ever considered homeschooling your child, but didn't feel like you could do it alone, New Life's Microschool is the perfect solution. While parents will still be considered their child's primary educator, our part-time program will provide a foundation of learning and community. Our 1st-3rd graders will meet 9:30-2:00 on Tuesdays and 9:30-1:00 on Thursdays. Each week, these children will participate in music, art, and P.E. classes, math and literacy activities, outside play and nature education, and complete real-world, collaborative projects such as a makers' market, cooking, science experiments, and so much more. Tuition is $270 per month.
Why are we starting at first grade and not kindergarten? Many of our students already attend our junior kindergarten class geared for 5-6 year olds as their kindergarten year and supplement at home as needed.
What if my child is older? As our microschool continues to grow, we will add a grade level each year through 5th grade.
